Telecommunications is the major enabler of new ways of working in the 21st Century. There have been dramatic changes in network architecture and service capabilities over the past 20 years in response to new needs and applications. The World Telecommunications Congress brings together leading experts from industry, academia and government to map out the future requirements for telecommunications technologies, applications and policy.
The World Telecommunications Congress (WTC) builds on the traditions of quality, Timeliness and open interaction from its origins in the ISS (International Switching Symposium) and ISSLS (International Symposium on Services and Local Access). We would be pleased to receive your paper submission to WTC 2010, to be held in Vienna.

- Other Telecommunications-related Issues
** Submissions and Selection Criteria **
You are invited to submit either full papers or short papers describing original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing a novel aspect of the topic. All papers will be peer-reviewed, accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings and will be listed in IEEE Xplore. Full technical papers may be no longer than 6 pages. Short business application papers are primarily intended for work in progress or contributions on recent trends and issues. They should be no longer than 3 pages and should provide a succinct summary of the author's contribution. Papers must be submitted electronically via EDAS (http://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=8384) and must conform to the templates available on the conference website (http://www.wtc2010.at). All submissions will be assessed on the basis of quality, novelty and relevance to the conference themes. Acceptance of a paper and publication in the proceedings is conditional on at least one author registering at the full rate and presenting the paper at the conference.

- Acceptance notification: 01 April 2010
- Camera-ready paper due: 15 May 2010
- Conference: 13-14 September 2010
