MILCOM 2014 is soliciting unclassified and classified (DoD Secret) technical papers and proposals for tutorials and panels on current topics of interest applicable to military communications networking, timing, services, and applications. Professionals in industry, academia, and government worldwide are encouraged to contribute and participate.
Tutorials and Panels
MILCOM 2014 solicits proposals for unclassified and classified half-day tutorials and one to two hour panels. Topics sought include leading edge communications and networking technologies, cyber, coalition communications, and acquisition strategies.
Technical Papers
Unclassified Technical Program
The Unclassified Technical Program provides a venue for papers and presentations that do not include ITAR-sensitive, classified, or proprietary information.
Classified Technical Program
Technical papers containing FOUO, ITAR-sensitive information, or classified information up to DOD Secret are appropriate for the Classified Technical Program. To attend or participate one must possess a current DOD Secret clearance and be a U.S. Citizen. In addition, papers originated outside the U.S. will not be accepted for the Classified Technical Program.

Travel grants
Travel grants are available for student authors and presenters.

Topics may be addressed from a theoretical/analytical or applied engineering perspective. Topics include but are not limited to:
