SBCCI 2014 - 27th Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems Design
Topics/Call fo Papers
SBCCI strongly encourages international submissions. Prospective authors from around the world are invited to submit manuscripts in English for consideration by the Program Committee.
Manuscripts must contain a maximum of 6 pages, two-column, following the IEEE Conference format and be prepared for double-blind review. Submissions of manuscripts previously published by other conferences or journals will not be considered by the program committee. SBCCI submissions must be made electronically(in PDF format) via the conference website.
For proposals on special sessions, tutorials, panels and tool demos, please email a short description to the program chairs directly in advance of the submission deadline. Authors should include the complete address, phone/fax numbers and email address, and designate a contact person and a presenter.
The proceedings will be published by the IEEE and will remain available at the IEEE Xplore and ACM Digital Library.
Tracks:
The submissions to SBCCI should be made to one of four tracks, whichever is the most appropriate at the authors judgment. Efforts are going towards a fair balance of the published papers in equal parts in the different areas. The tracks are organized as follows:
Track 1: Analog & RF & Mixed Signal
Track Chair: Fernando Rangel, UFSC - Brazil
- Analog and mixed signal designs;
- Micro-electromechanical systems;
- Nanoelectronic circuits and nanoarchitectures;
- Harvesting / Scavenging Energy circuits.
Track 2: CAD,Verification & Test
Track Chair: Trent McConaghy, Solido Design - USA
- Physical Design;
- System and circuit synthesis;
- Design space and architectural exploration;
- Design verification and simulation;
- Testability issues and design for test techniques;
Track 3: Digital, Reconfigurable & Applications
Track Chair: Luciano Agostini, UFPel - Brazil
- Design, specification and modeling languages
and applications;
- Reconfigurable architectures and novel
applications of FPGAs;
- Hardware-software co-design and co-verification;
- Emulation and prototyping techniques;
Track 4:SoC, NoC, Embedded
Track Chair: Cesar Zeferino, UNIVALI - Brazil
- Embedded systems design and industrial applications;
- NoC design;
- Systems-on-chip, IP reuse, MPSoC and platform-based designs;
- Low power and design techniques;
