FIB FOR PHOTONICS 2010 - 2nd International Workshop on FIB for Photonics FIB FOR PHOTONICS

This is the 2nd in a series of Workshops looking at the use of Focused Ion Beam etching technology in Photonics and related fields. In particular the workshop hopes to explore methods to reduce the effects of FIB induced damage.
