AHVMA 2016 - 2016 AHVMA Annual Conference

Presentations are normally scheduled for 50 minute time slots. Longer presentations are welcome but they must be multiples of 50 minutes. If you wish to have a presentation for a longer time, please let us know in your submission. We will need the following information from you:
Title of Presentation(s)
Brief description (50-100 words)
Time desired (increments of 50 minutes)
Current Curriculum Vitae (2 pages max)
Please be sure to include your Contact information including:
Name
Address (specify if home or work)
Phone number (work, home, cell)
Fax number
Email address
Also include any titles or relevant degrees (including school name and graduation date)
If you are selected as a presenter, please be advised that, as part of your presentation, you will need to submit a 2-5 (or more) page paper for each hour you wish to speak for the Proceedings. Further information concerning this, audio-visual needs, remuneration, etc. will follow upon approval.
