Overview: This session will discuss the CPT changes for 2014. CPT codes change each year and can affect the reimbursement of a practice quickly. Learn the new changes that pertain to your specialty and avoid claims denials! All Clinicians, EMR staff, coders and billers in outpatient settings should know the new codes, revised codes, and which familiar codes that are deleted.
Clinicians need to look at the descriptions for new and revised codes, to ensure their documentation includes the necessary "buzz words" to support a CPT code, and to understand the differences between codes they use.

Review of revised and deleted codes by Chapter in CPT
Who Will Benefit:
Practice Administrators
