Proposing for EVA London 2014

We invite proposals for a variety of session types: papers, demonstrations, workshops or panel discussions.
Papers or presentations should be on topical subjects, and the newest and cutting edge technologies and applications, on any aspect of EVA London's themes, broadly interpreted. Demonstrations are an important part of the conference.

Conference themes
EVA London's Conference themes will include new and emerging technologies and applications in the following themes, broadly interpreted:
Computer Arts and Electronics
Data and Scientific Visualization
Digitally Enhanced Reality and Everyware
Music and Performance
Open Source and Technologies
Virtual Cultural Heritage
Authoring and publication
If selected, you will be invited to submit a paper for publication. Papers are peer reviewed and may be edited for publication as hard copy and online. Other presentations may be published as summaries or as papers.

Presenting and registering
There is a reduced registration rate if you are presenting. A few bursaries for EVA London registration fees will again be available if you don't have access to grants. This will be announced in the late spring. Bursaries would cover the registration fees only; we cannot offer assistance with travel or accommodation costs.
