ARAMiS 2014 - Workshop on Automotive, Railway and Avionics Multicore Systems
Topics/Call fo Papers
Automotive Railway Avionics Multicore Systems (ARAMiS) is a BMBF research project. The major focus is the use of multicore processors and virtualization technology in safety-critical and mixed critical applications in the mobility domains. Starting from future Cyber Physical System scenarios ARAMiS will derive the essential requirements for multicore-based systems for such applications. Safety and security play a major role throughout the whole project resulting in fundamental methodologies and architectures that are directly applicable in novel product developments. The presentation is split into three parts:
(a) the ARAMiS approach (Oilver Sander, KIT),
(b) ARAMiS in the avionics domain (Ottmar Bender, Cassidian), and
(c) ARAMiS in the automotive domain (Hans-Ulrich Michel, BMW).
