Paper submission is now open. Please see instructions below.
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore. The official language of the conference is English. Electronic submission in PDF format is required. Papers must represent high quality and previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal. Interested authors should submit a 4 (minimum) to 6 (maximum) page paper of their original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the IEEE format. Your submission should include the author names, complete mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and the email addresses of the authors.

All papers submitted to the CSNDSP 2014 must conform to the standard A4 IEEE two-column conference proceedings format see

All papers must be submitted via the EDAS conference management systems. Please submit to the most appropriate track that fits the subject area of your paper.
