DaSCCA 2014 - International Workshop on Dependable and Secure Cloud Computing Architecture
Topics/Call fo Papers
Regardless of the advances in infrastructure robustness, many IT organizations still face system downtime or failures. Even short downtime could largely cost businesses. Moreover, growth of new infrastructure such as cloud computing poses organizations new challenges such as a diversity of SLAs or limited control over infrastructure.
At the same time, recent development of automation technologies such as virtualization and configuration management tools allow software architecture to play important role in providing resilience against unforeseen failures and unexpected operating conditions.
The objective of this workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners to foster discussion and share ideas on software architecture and dependability (reliability and availability), performability, security, survivability and resiliency.
DaSCCA 2014 is co-located with the Working IEEE/IFIP Conference on Software Architecture (WICSA) 2014.
Submission
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Software Architecture and Dependable System Operation in Cloud
Dependable Software Architecture on Cloud Computing
Fault Tolerant Software Architecture
Self-healing Architecture
Secure Software Architecture for Cloud computing
Software Bugs measurement and analysis in Cloud
Papers must conform to the ACM proceedings format. Accepted papers will become part of the workshop proceedings and published in the WICSA companion proceedings. Submit your paperelectronically via EasyChair.
