WNT&T 2014 - 2nd International workshop on Wireless Network Trends and Technologies (WNT&T-2013)
Topics/Call fo Papers
Future wireless networks are expected to provide very high data rates, and seamless connections for heterogeneous technologies. In this context, efficient allocation of resources and cooperation play essential role to optimize communication performance of individual nodes or of the global network. Therefore, there is a real need for involvement of researchers from the physical, networking, and application layers and to promote cooperation and designs within different layers (cross-layer design).
The workshop promotes the design of new methodologies and trends for wireless networks. The workshop aims to bring together researchers and scientists from different disciplines to share and exchange their experience and ideas and discuss state-of-the-art and in-progress research on all aspects of wireless networks.
TOPICS
=====
Researchers are encouraged to submit original research contributions in all major areas, which include, but not limited to:
Routing algorithms
Security management
Protocols architectures
ZigBee and XBee
Sensor architectures
Power consumption and management
Applications and services
Resource management
Languages and operating systems of Sensors
Location-aware services
Multi-services WSN
QoS and fault tolerance in WSN
Trends on data gathering, processing, and communication
Workshop and program Chairs
