The main topics of the conference are new stem cell technologies, cell therapy, tissue engineering, biomaterials, diagnostics and the molecular mechanisms of regeneration. A more detailed focus has been put on regenerative therapies for neurological, cardiologic, oncologic and autoimmune diseases. Bone, cartilage and skin defects are a special focus of tissue replacement.
