ICPER2014 is organised by the Mechanical Engineering Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). Following the success of ICPER2008, ICPER2010 and ICPER2012, the ICPER2014 is back bigger and better. The coverage of topics has been expanded to cover contemporary engineering and sustainable technology. The conference is a biennial event of the department. The objective of the conference is to provide a platform for experts to showcase latest findings and facilitate discussions among engineers, researchers, scientists, executives and students involved in sustainable technologies. ICPER2014 will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center from 3rd to 5th June 2014. The theme of the conference is Commitment to Sustainable Futures: Enhancing Performance and Reliability which encapsulates the need to adopt sustainable technologies in the very near future.
Accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions. ICPER2014 Proceedings will be made available on CD-ROMS. All papers will be published in reputable SCOPUS and ISI Index Journals. Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in the following conference topics, but not limited to:
