** Important Dates :
-- Review Paper Submission: October 31, 2013
-- Acceptance Result Notification: November 15, 2013
-- Camera Ready and Registration: November 30, 2013
** Paper Submission :
-- All papers should be submitted by online system for review (at least 4 pages, max 8 pages).
-- Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least three members of the International Program Committee.
-- Visit home page to submit your paper.
** Publication :
-- We will accept only high quality 50 papers can be included in journals. Therefore, we will accept the number of papers can be published by journals.
-- 1st. Conference Proceeding : All papers accepted and registered will be included in conference proceedings, ASTL series, published by SERSC, and will be sent to EI and SCOPUS.
-- 2nd. Journal Publish : All accepted 50 papers will be included in one of international journals after revision and extension.
(All journals are indexed in EI or SCOPUS or SCIE)
-- In the acceptance letter, target journal will be noticed together.
