IOCEE 2013 - 2nd International Online Conference on Electrical Engineering

IOCEE2013 is the 2nd in a series of annual online events organized by Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Research Institute (EEITRI) for ICT and designed to provide an opportunity for academicians and specialists in the international electrical community, to meet peers in Malaysia to have exchanges on the latest developments in emerging technologies, as well as progress in standards, services and applications in information and communication systems.
We solicit technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal. Submissions should clearly identify how they relate to issues on information and communication systems. Contributions describing an overall working system are particularly of interest.
