The IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS) is the flagship meeting of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) . ISCAS 2014 will be held in Melbourne, Australia, the most liveable City in the world, from 1 to 5 June 2014, supported by the State Government of Victoria and the Melbourne Convention and Visitor Bureau.
The special theme of ISCAS 2014 is nano/bio circuits and systems applied to enhancing living and lifestyles, and, to give effect to the Society’s Mission and Vision ieee-cas.org, particularly in relation to the multidisciplinary grand challenges in healthcare and wellbeing, the environment and climate change (e.g. http://www.engineeringchallenges.org).
ISCAS 2014 is the world’s premier networking forum in the fields of theory, design and implementation of circuits and systems. The Society’s goal is to make it also the leading forum for pioneering circuits and systems contributions to humanity’s grand challenges.
ISCAS 2014 will include oral and poster sessions, cutting-edge tutorials in emerging topics and special sessions complementing the regular program. It will also include invited industry innovation sessions in areas of particular interest to the CAS community. ISCAS 2014 Keynotes will be delivered by distinguished speakers focusing on grand challenges in the targeted areas of the symposium theme.
We and all of the Organising Committee are doing everything in our power to organise a great ISCAS 2014. We need YOU there to make it truly outstanding! And we look forward to welcoming you to Melbourne!
Professor Jugdutt (Jack) Singh and Professor David Skellern
