The paper track focuses on advanced research and development in software
defined radio (SDR), cognitive radio (CR) and dynamic spectrum access (DSA)technologies. Papers are required in this track and selection will be competitive, based on intensive peer review.
The focus of papers in the main program will be technical, regulatory and business advances that support the innovative utilization of spectrum, and advanced radio technologies supporting essential or critical communications. Please see our Top 10 List (http://groups.winnforum.org/winnforum_top_ten) and Advocacy Agenda (http://groups.winnforum.org/advocacy) for priority topic areas.
New: In addition to the main program, poster sessions will be added in 2014 facilitate better networking between paper presenters and Forum members on all SDR, CR and DSA topic areas.
