On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to announce that BIT's 1st Frontier Industrial Forum-2013 (FIN-2013) with the theme “Push Emerging Economy Forward” will be held in Qingdao, China during October 24-25, 2013.
The 1st Frontier Industrial Forum is hosted by Information Research Center of International Talent, State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Qingdao Sub-Council, and it is operated by BIT World Congress Inc., the Foreign Experts Databank of SAFEA-Dalian Subdivision.
There are many famous large enterprises in Qingdao, e.g. China Shipbuilding Industry, China Petrol & Chemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and Petro China, the largest and most technologically advanced Ocean engineering base of Asia has basically been established in Qingdao. Moreover, with the supporting of High-tech Zone in the north of Jiaozuo Bay and Qingdao new material industry base, Qingdao also focus on bringing in the domestic and international new materials industry projects and other projects that support to speed up the construction of national new material industrial base.
FIN-2013 will consist of 4 Forums including: Global Emerging Industrial Economy, Policy and Market Trend, Shale Gas and Oil Focus, Nanotech & Nanomaterials Focus and Coastal & Ocean Engineering Focus. FIN-2013 aims to strengthen the technical and business ties in frontier industrial development, to bring together experts and industry leaders to share technological advancements and business experiences, and to jointly explore opportunities in emerging industrial technologies. This congress provides an ideal platform for industrial practitioners and academia to keep up to date with current technology trends, interact with industry experts and network with peers.
On top of the exciting program, you will also have an opportunity to discover the city of Qingdao (Tsingtao), lying on the south coast of the Shandong Peninsula and with picturesque red-tiled roofs nestled between green hills and blue sea. Its mineral water, wine, and excellent Tsingtao Beer are world-famous.
