Topics/Call fo Papers
5th International Workshop on Automation of Software Test (AST 2010)
Monday, 3 May and Tuesday, 4 May 2010
http://www.cs.allegheny.edu/ast2010/
Organizers:
Hong Zhu, Oxford Brookes University, UK
Christof Budnik, Siemens Corporation, USA
Wing-Kwong Chan, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Gregory Kapfhammer, Allegheny College, USA
The 5th Workshop on the Automation of Software Test (AST 2010) focuses on bridging the gap between the theory and practice of software test automation. It will provide researchers and practitioners a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences, developing an understanding of the fundamental challenges, articulating a vision for the future, and finding promising solutions to pressing problems. The workshop invites submissions on topics including, but not limited to, methodology, technology development and transfer, software testing tools and environments, and experience reports. Along with a poster track that highlights late breaking results or works in progress, a case studies track will feature shorter papers and presentations reporting the state of practice in the automation of software testing. In an effort to enable participants to propose and prioritize challenges and to interactively work out potential solutions, the workshop also has a charette session that considers important topics such as automated integration testing.
