BiCluster 2013 - Biclustering algorithms and implementations for high-throughput gene expression data analysis

During the last decade, many biclustering algorithms have been developed and proposed for the analysis of gene expression data to complement and expand the capabilities of traditional clustering methods. A large number of biclustering algorithms have recently been published and each method has been shown by their developers to discover more reliable and significant biclusters than previous methods. Thus the goal of this unique workshop is to better characterize the performance of different algorithms within different contexts.
