This conference is co-sponsored by Shaanxi University of Science & Technology and Information Technology & Industrial Engineering research center. All accepted papers will be published by SPIE (The International Society for Optical Engineering) and included in SPIE Digital Library, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
