The 2013 International Symposium on Advanced Information, Electronics, and Communication Technology and Application (IECT 2013) will be held in Danang, Vietnam, Dec. 18 - 21, 2013 IECT 2013 will be the most comprehensive symposium focused on the various aspects of advances in information, electronics, and communications (IEC).
