With the rapid growth in computing and communications technology, the past decade has witnessed a proliferation of powerful parallel and
distributed systems and an huge increasing demand for practice of high performance compilation, computing, and communications
(HP3C). The HP3C has moved into general and embedded computing and has become a key factor in defining future research and
development activities in many academic and industrial branches.
The HP3C-2014 conference will provide a international forum for experts in academia, industry, and government to discuss their new ideas,
research results, applications and experience on all aspects of high performance computing compilation, and communications

Submission:
The paper should be prepared according to the IEEE CS format, and no longer than 8 pages. Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at
least three reviewers and will be evaluated based on originality, significance to Symposium's topics, organization, and technical quality.
Submission of a paper implies that at least one of the authors will have a full registration to the symposium upon acceptance of the paper.
Proceedings of the symposium will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press.
All submitted papers to the HP3C-2014 should be submitted online.

HP3C-2014 proceedings will be published by IEEE CS Press, which will be included in the Computer Society Digital Library CSDL and
IEEE Xplore. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI’s Engineering Information Index, Compendex, and ISI
Thomson’s Scientific and Technical Proceedings, ISTP/ISI Proceedings, and ISI Thomson.
Best Paper Award:
HP3C-2014 features Best Paper Award to award authors with superior quality paper submission to this Symposium. The award includes a
certificate. The authors of Best Paper Award will be recognized in the conference.
Eligibility: Any paper published in the HP3C-2014.
Nomination: The nominations are made by the symposium's best-paper-award selection chairs.
Special Issues: High quality papers will be invited to be submitted to a special issue in:
International Journal of Adaptive and Innovative Systems (IJAIS) InderScience publishers.
