2014 ACIIDS Doctoral Track

April 7-9, 2014, Bangkok, Thailand
Aims and scope
The purpose of the 2014 ACIIDS Doctoral Track is to bring together PhD students working on topics related to the coverage of the ACIIDS. The symposium plans to provide a collaborative forum for PhD students to present ongoing research and to share ideas with other young researchers under the guidance of a panel of distinguished professors. Participations will have an excellent opportunity to receive feedbacks and ideas for their research as well as an excellent opportunity to develop peer networks to benefit their future careers.
Submission requirements
Only active graduate students pursuing PhD are eligible to submit, and topics are restricted to their doctoral work. Submissions must have a PhD student as single author or as first author with his/her advisor(s) as additional author(s). The paper must be written and presented by the PhD student.
Topics of interest include all those listed in the ACIIDS main conference. Each submission should:
Clearly formulate the research problem.
Identify significant problems in the field of research.
Outline the current knowledge of the problem domain and the state-of-the-art in the research domain.
Clearly present preliminary ideas and results as well as research methodology to investigate the proposed ideas.
Point out the contribution and novelty of the proposed solution.

Workshop format
