Following the success of SoICT 2012, the School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) organizes the fourth edition SoICT 2013. Since establishment, HUST has always been one of the most prestigious centers in engineering education and training as well as scientific research in the country.
SoICT 2013 is a scientific symposium for research in all major areas of computing. The aim of the symposium is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government for technical discussions and interactions on specific computing topics. Interested authors are invited to submit both research and tool papers in the following topics:

The proceedings of SoICT 2013 will be published as a volume in ACM ICPS and indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP.
