The Foresight Academy of Technology
Following the success of its recent editions (CODS/ICABS2007 in Chengdu, SIWN2008 in Glasgow, SIWN2009 in Leipzig), the 2010 Systemics and Informatics World Network (SIWN 2010) will be in Chongqing, China.
The 2010 Systemics and Informatics World Network (SIWN 2010) aims to provide a distinctive premier international forum for active researchers, developers, professionals and academics from different domains and with diversified backgrounds to get together, to share state-of-the-art research achievements and practical experiences, to exchange in-depth findings and innovative ideas, and in particular to harness the greatest challenges and think seriously into the future.
SIWN 2010 comprises an exciting spectrum of highly stimulating thematic Conferences.

Submission
SIWN 2010 only accepts manuscripts of original contributions. A manuscript for submission to the Conference should neither have been published nor have been under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts submitted will be sent to 3-4 members of the International Program Committees of the Conferences for peer reviews, based on which the acceptance decision will be made. To avoid confusion, please do not submit the same paper to multiple Conferences of SIWN 2010.
To make a submission of manuscript, please follow the online submission of relevant Conference as follows.

A manuscript for submission to the Conference should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors of the Journal. Sample Word Doc and Latex file of Camera-Ready Versions (CRV) are available at http://fatech.org.uk/press/ita.htm There is a page limit of 8 formatted pages for the CRV of an accepted paper. Additional pages are subject to over-length charges.
SIWN 2010 welcomes proposals for Workshops, Invited Sessions and Tutorials on newly emerging areas. Please discuss Workshop/Tutorial proposals with the Chairs.
Proceedings and Journal Publication
All accepted papers of the Conferences will be included in the electronic Proceedings of SIWN 2010 and at the same time, will be published in the International Journal <> (ISSN 1757-4439). Both the electronic Proceedings and the respective printed Journal volumes will be available at the Conferences.
After the Conferences, authors of selected papers will be invited to submit thoroughly expanded papers for publication at special issues of following International Journals:

International Transactions on Systems Science and Applications
Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence
