GEOBIA 2014 will be the fifth international conference on Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis. After the successful meetings held in Salzburg, Austria (2006); Calgary, Canada (2008); and Ghent, Belgium (2010), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2012), the forthcoming biannual international conference on GEOBIA will be hosted in Thessaloniki, Greece, presenting the latest development of a set of concepts, methods and applications related to the emerging field of Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis.
The International Conference GEOBIA 2014 is organized by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Faculty of Forestry and Natural Environment/Laboratory of Forest Management and Remote Sensing and School of Rural and Surveying Engineering/Laboratory of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing).
