MMS 2013 - 13th Mediterranean Microwave Symposium 2013 (MMS2013)

The 13th annual, MMS'2013 will be held in Saida, Lebanon, at the University Institute of Technology Lebanese University. MMS2013 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Lebanon section, AP03/MTT17/MAG33 Joint Chapter, Comsoc Chapter and the Lebanese National Council for Scientific Research (CNRS-Lebanon).
The Conference will be held from Monday September 2 to Thursday September 5, 2013.
The first Mediterranean Microwave Symposium was held in 2000 in Tetuan, Morocco. Since 2000, this symposium became an annual tradition where experts from all over the world in RF, Microwave fields and all related topics meet.
MMS'2013 program include distinguished keynote speakers, parallel oral presentations and poster sessions. Topics cover state-of-the art as well as current progress and recent developments in several emerging topics related to RF, microwave engineering and applications.
MMS'2013 will also offer three Best Paper Awards for students attending and presenting their papers.
The papers accepted and presented in MMS2013 will be published in the MMS2013 Proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library . Selected papers from those presented in MMS2013 will be also published in special issues of international journals.
Saida is a wonderful city, on the Mediterranean coast, about 40 Km south of the capital Beirut. An Interesting networking and social program includes Opening and Closing ceremony, Gala dinner and several optional cultural and sightseeing tours in Saida and Lebanon.
