This year the conference will take place at the premises of the National Polytechnic Institute (Instituto Politénico Nacional : IPN, Unidad Profesional Adolfo López Mateos) in the event of Science and Technology and on this occasion the accepted papers (under rigurous revision) will not pay registration.
