BRICS-CCI 2013 - 1st BRICS Countries Congress (BRICS-CCI)

This should be your selection for publication if you plan to submit your paper in English. It should be the preferred option by international authors and BRICS Nationals. Authors submitting to BRICS-CCI are implicitly acknowledging that papers will undergo strict review criteria ( including three reviewers per paper). The bright side is that most good articles will be published in the higher impact journals that already have committed one special issues to our Congress.
