CISDM 2013 - International Conference on Information Security and Data Management(CISDM2013)

Nowadays, the new information technology is developing towards a more open, more intelligent and closer trend; social networks are developing mature; mobile broadband advances rapidly; the applications of cloud computing and internet of things become more abundant; and information security and data management matters have encountered unprecedented challenges. Security issues, represented by infrastructure security vulnerabilities, cloud security, information disclosure of social networks, intelligent terminal security of mobile internet and highly persistent attack, etc. have turned into research hotspots in information security area. Non-structured office documents, texts, pictures, XML, HTML, various reports and audio/video present an explosive growth; the issue of big data has caught people’s great attentions with rapid development, and how to deal with and apply these complicated data has become the challenge of data warehouse, business intelligence and data analysis technologies.
“Conference on Information Security and Data Management”, sponsored by Academic Committee of Society of Management Science of China, Jiangsu Network and Information Security Leading Group Office and Jiangsu Information Security Industry Alliance, and co-sponsored by Southeast University, Renmin University of China, Information Security and Communications Privacy Magazine Agency and Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Cloud Security is going to be held on November 16-17, 2013, in Suzhou. It aims to provide a platform for cooperation, exchange, innovation and development to those enterprises and institutions that engage in information security, data management technology studies and product research and development, production, cooperation, promotion and application, to promote the interactive development of “Government, Industry, University, Research and Application”, and to enlarge application scope and depth of information security and technical products of data management in various industries.
