2013 6th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2013), will be held during October 12-13, 2013, in Paris,Fance together with the workshop ICICM 2013. ICCEE 2013, aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Computer and Electrical Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
