GCIS 2013 intends to be a global forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent innovations and new techniques in intelligent systems and their applications.
GCIS 2013 conference proceedings will be published by the CPS which will submit the conference proceedings in the IEEE Xplore and submit the conference proceedings to Ei Compendex and ISTP for indexing (1st GCIS 2009 and 2nd GCIS 2010 proceedings were already indexed in Ei Compendex). Selected papers will be published in related journals’ special issues/sections, including Information Systems Frontiers (SCI; Impact Factor: 0.912), Enterprise Information Systems (SCI; Impact Factor: 3.684), and others, after expansion, review, and revision as required.
Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to: artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent control and automation, computational intelligence, soft computing, nature-inspired computation, bio-inspired algorithms, neuro-fuzzy techniques, genetic and evolutionary algorithms, semantic web, etc.
Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan metropolis where old tradition blends perfectly with western culture and post-modern trends. Famous attractions include Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars (movie icons), Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, and the Big Buddha.
