Chair by Leah R. Pietron (University of Nebraska at Omaha) ( lpietron-AT-unomaha.edu)
With such complex topics, it is important to discuss how successful teaching and learning techniques are used in the classroom. Our classroom room can have many locations: live, virtual or online (asynchronous, synchronous, and blended). With each of these locations, methods and techniques are used to convey the meaning of information technology quantitate management.
This track focuses on sharing those methods and techniques and how to improve teaching and learning. Each of these papers should have a good literature background supporting the instructional technique. Also, success and failures of these methods can be discussed as lessons learned, too.
Topics may include: instructional techniques, methods of delivery ITQM, virtual labs, innovative education, use of technology and teaching, asynchronous, synchronous, and blending delivery and approaches, etc.
