Those who cannot come to Rjakot-Gujarat (India) but wish to present a paper in absentia are also encouraged to send a paper as per the schedule. Paper on the conference theme presented in absentia is eligible to be included in Conference Materials. Author need to send the video CD containing presentation of paper
