EHST 2013 - Seventh International Symposium on e-Health Services and Technologies

the seventh international symposium on e-Health Services and Technologies (EHST 2013), to be held in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands on the 8th-9th of July and organized by IICREST, the Interdisciplinary Institute for Collaboration and Research on Enterprise Systems and Technology.
Focusing on the e-Health domain in general, EHST 2013 aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners whose work has impact on the development of actual healthcare technologies. Such technologies relate to advanced IT solutions and could facilitate activities of great societal relevance.
In particular, the syposium considers e-Health services and their related technologies, with a particular stress on the modeling of complex e-Health technology-driven service-provisioning systems. Some fundamental modeling challenges related to e-Health services are to be addressed. In approaching such services though, we are mainly concerned with Tele-Monitoring and Tele-Treatment, as two essential directions of supporting healthcare through advanced technology.
