BRICS-CCI 2013 - 11st BRICS Countries Congress on Computational Intelligence

Nature inspired techniques, soft computation, machine learning and stochastic models are ubiquitous mainly because their evoked features of tackling complex problems without necessarily formal prior knowledge required. This is quite an edge to more traditional approaches in computer science.
