Accepted papers will be published in The Proceedings with ISBN and selected full papers will be published by The Conference Publishing Services (CPS). With paper submission, you agree to pay registration fee (or reduced registration fee if your registration form is received on or before the early registration date) and published papers must be presented by at least one of the authors.
Reviewing is applied for all the materials submitted. Electronic submission is encouraged and pdf format is most appropriate, Otherwise, four printed copies of full papers are expected that will be reviewed by the members of the reviewing committee. The final manuscripts for full papers are expected to be not more than 6 pages - up to 4 excess pages may be purchased and is set by publisher at 40 USD per page. To Judge the length of your paper, the following instruction has been used in past and expect to be the same or similar this year too.
