Puppet Camp Nuremberg 2013: Call for papers still open until March 15th
After a successful opening of last year´s first Puppet Camp in Germany, the registration for the Puppet Camp 2013 is already in full swing. Submissions of papers of interested speakers are accepted until March 15th.
Just six months after the first Puppet Camp in Germany, the event will take place on April 19th in Nuremberg again. Following the well-established, international Open Source Data Center Conference.
Puppet Camps are a gathering of users and developers of the open source Puppet configuration management software. The aim is to provide the latest information on the software in form of presentations and to give the opportunity to network with a diverse group of Puppet developers and users.
After successful camps all over the world like Sydney, Stockholm, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, NETWAYS the open source specialist, arranged together with Puppet Labs the first camp in Germany last year. As the camp was a great success, it will now take place regularly after the Open Source Data Center Conference. The rapid development of this software solution provides continuously new topics for the conferences.
This year, interested speakers have the possibility to submit their abstract until March 15 by sending an email to events-AT-netways.de.
Among the first confirmed speakers are Ohad Levy from Red Hat as well as the developer of cucumber-nagios and Visage, Lindsay Holmwood.
For the first time, participants have the possibility to attend at no additional cost an introductory lecture on the eve of the camp (April 18th) which is an ideal opportunity to get familiar with this subject.
For more information on the camp and in order to get tickets, please check the event website.
