Topics/Call fo Papers
RACS 2013 will provide an excellent forum for addressing research issues of concern within the applied computing area. The applied computing concentrates on solutions to complex problem in all areas of industry and sciences using advanced techniques in computer science. It involves programming, software engineering, graphics, databases, wireless networks, distributed systems, operating systems and so on.
Authors are invited to submit original papers in all areas related to the applied computing. Topics will include, but not be limited, to the following areas:
- Agent Systems and Applications
- Bioinformatics
- Computational Signal Processing
- Data Mining
- Database Systems
- Distributed and Parallel Systems
- Embedded Systems
- Fault Tolerance and Reliability
- Grid Computing
- Intelligent Systems
- Mobile Networks
- Multimedia
- Object Orientation
- Operating Systems
- Security and Trusted Computing
- Sensor Networks
- Smartphone Platform and Applications
- Software Engineering
- Technologies for E-Learning
- WWW Applications and Technologies
Papers
All papers will be fully refereed and undergo a blind review process by at least three referees. All accepted papers will be published under the ACM proceeding and will be included in the ACM Digital Library. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in several International Journals as a special RACS 2013 section.
Special Workshop/Track Proposal
In conjunction with the RACS 2013, a number of special workshops and tracks will be organized.
Workshop/track proposals which should include "Title of the workshop/track", "Purpose of the workshop/track", "Short bios of organizers", "A tentative list of TPC", and "A tentative website address" are to be sent to the program chair (jiman-AT-ssu.ac.kr) by March 1, 2013.

- August 15, 2013 : Camera-Ready Copy
