Sendai, Japan.
Regarding the concept of the conference, many sophisticated papers
in the area of Educational Technology should be submitted.
Unselected papers may have a chance to present in a poster session.
Educational Technology topic: Human-centered computing and Education
Including e-learning, Educational System with Data Mining, etc.

Notification of paper acceptance June 30 2013: Deadline for early
