to discuss their dissertation research topics, research plans, and
research methodologies with peers in the community, and use such
feedbacks and suggestions to further guide their dissertation research.
Furthermore, this Doctoral Consortium also provides a unique platform
for Ph.D. students to access the latest research development in
this field, and develop the networking with research community for
their future career development.
This Doctoral Consortium will take place in conjunction with the 2010

select students for this Doctoral Consortium. All research topics
within the scope of the ICNSC 2010 conference are invited.
The abstract should include the following information:
1. A cover page including the student's name, affiliation, research
field (be specific), year in the Ph.D. program, email and detailed
contact addresses;
2. A description of your Ph.D. dissertation research, including the
following contents:
(a) Research problem statement;
(b) Significance and objectives;
(c) Summary of the current state-of-the-art;
(d) Proposed research methodology and plan;
(e) Preliminary results;
(f) Future plans.
3. A detailed resume.
All documents should be submitted as a single PDF file to the following
email address: icnsc10-AT-gmail.com. Please write in the email subject
