ITME 2013 - 2013 International Symposium on Information Technology in Medicine and Education

ITME 2013 is the 5th International Symposium on IT in Medicine and Education, and will be held on July 19-21, 2013, in Xining, China.
The conference this year is technically sponsored by FTRA International, and organized by Qinghai University, Future University Hakodate, Xiamen University and Shandong Normal University.
We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. All accepted papers will be published by Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE，ISSN：1876-1100) of Springer, and will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
IT changes everyday’s life, especially in education and medicine. The goal of ITME 2013 is to further explore the theoretical and practical issues of IT in education and medicine.
