Web Services are today the default choice for solving the various issues related to the organization and implementation of software distribution, in many different domains including e-learning. Obviously ensuring interoperability of Web Services plays a major role for the real take up of this technology. In this context main objective of the workshop is to put together researchers and practitioners working on system modeling according to the Service Oriented paradigm and on verifying implementation conformance, in particular using testing techniques.
