SDP 2013 - The 2nd IEEE International Workshop on Smart Data Pricing (SDP 2013)

SDP 2013 workshop solicits contributions on the state-of-the-art, results of ongoing research, open issues, trends, standardization activities, and new ideas on smart pricing. Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited to:
Theories, models, and analyses of access pricing
Use of incentives and economic mechanisms to alleviate network congestion
Economics of WiFi offloading, femtocells, heterogeneous networks

Network neutrality and regulatory implications of pricing policies
Pricing of smart grids, cloud computing, satellite systems etc.
Architecture, hardware, and software requirements for enabling smarter pricing
Security and privacy issues in pricing practices
