ISTAS 2013 - The IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS)

ISTAS'13 invites original and unpublished work from individuals active in the broad theme of the conference. Abstracts must be formatted to fit within 5000 words and must be in English. Authors should submit their papers online. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.

ISTAS '13 will be a transdisciplinary event for engineers, designers, scientists, artists, researchers in the social sciences, law and humanities, decision makers, entrepreneurs, inventors, commercializers, etc., as well as polymaths, and anyone who is a DASSTEMist (Designer, Artist, Sustainist, Scientist, Technologist, Engineer, and Mathematician).
