We cordially invite you to join the Second International Conference on Semantic Technology and Information Retrieval (STAIR'13).
STAIR13 aims to bring together researchers, academicians, scientists and professionals to exchange new ideas and latest achievements in the areas of knowledge technology. The conference draws on several research areas, such as Knowledge Management System, Information and Knowledge Extraction, Information Retrieval (IR), Digital Library and Records Management, and Semantic Computing.

INFORMATION RETRIEVAL: Foundation of Information Retrieval, Social Networks for IR, Distributed IR, Machine Learning for IR, Filtering, IR Evaluation, Language Specific IR, Domain-specific IR, Multimedia IR etc.
NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING: Phonology and Morphology, Syntax and Parsing, Discourse, Dialogue, and Pragmatics, Summarization and Generation, Information Extraction, Language Resources and Tools, Natural Language Processing Applications, etc.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: Advertising and Optimization, Classification and Clustering, Information Extraction, Knowledge Synthesis and Visualization, Temporal and Spatial data Mining, Knowledge Management Systems etc.
