SiPS is a major international forum for discussion of new technology progress and innovations in the design and implementation of digital signal processing systems. It addresses all aspects of architecture and design methods of these systems. Emphasis is on current and future challenges in research and development in both academia and industry.

Dear colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to invite all of you to the IEEE Workshop on Signal Processing Systems 2013 here in Taipei, Taiwan. From October 16th-18th, this conference will gather scientists, professionals and students from countries. Altogether, we will have a platform to communicate and exchange our findings, dedicate our knowledge to the field of signal processing systems. In these days meetings, we arrange a series of symposia, section meetings and poster presentation. We are not only giving you a fruitful outcome but also a scenic impression from Taiwan.
