MECON-2013 is the third series of conference in the field of Mobile Communication & Embedded technology, hosted by Amity School of Engineering & Technology. This conference aims to spur research progress by serving as a forum in which academia ,industry and students can exchange their experiences and knowledge in the field of embedded systems, Mobile Communication and Computing combined with the rapid evolution in smart phones and devices, generates new challenges and problems requiring interactions between different network layers and applications in order to offer advanced services. This conference also aims at bringing forward the challenges, the latest related upcoming technologies and their implementation..
