Global photovoltaic power generation industry has maintained a rapid development. Although solar-grade silicon material is still a constraint of current development, the relationship between supply and demand is being moderated gradually. The prospect of photovoltaic power generation of the world is more and more promising.
The solar and PV power generation market in China has grown so rapidly that the installed capacity was 20MWp in early 2007 but reached 200MWp at the end of that year. China has also become the world's largest producer of solar cells and its photovoltaic industry value chain is gradually developing to be balanced, coordinated and sound. It is estimated that, up to now, nearly 50 companies in China are constructing, expanding or planning to construct Siemens’ improved polysilicon production line of which the overall output is over 100,000 tons and the total investment is RMB100 billion.
Upon the great success of SNEC 2007, SNEC 2008 and SNEC 2009, Shanghai New Energy Industry Association decides to hold SNEC 4th (2010) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition [SNEC (2010) PV Power Expo] ceremoniously at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) from May 5th to 7th, 2010.
SNEC (2010) PV Power Expo welcomes every participant in this field! Come and take the opportunity of this international platform to make the acquaintance of worldwide colleagues and, through further communication and cooperation, jointly create a bright future of green energy!
